In a way everyone has to feel kind of sexy to some extent its confidence i dont consider myself sexy all the time but when I dress up do my hair makeup and all that. I think i CAN look quiet sexy and i feel it to!!! i only actually have 2 pics that i can say i think i look good!!!
And telling people would be when your dressed up and actually look sexy and wait for a compliment and acknowledge it!!!

its OK to feel sexy whenever you want. who ever has the right to put someone down and tell them that an emotion they feel isnt true? i feel this is a strange question. i believe its a state of mind. if you feel attractive and confidant and on a natural buzz with life then i think that is what produces the feeling of being "sexy".
it isn't something that exists, its a feeling, emotion etc.
i don't think that it would be socially acceptable to "announce" yourself to be sexy. that would be odd and rude. if you feel sexy, then you will appear sexy to other people who are attracted to you. there is no need to tell people, they would already know.
that's my outlook on it anyway.

I think sexy is a state of mind no matter what other people think. You know when you are looking and feeling good. I don't think you need to tell anyone you are sexy because your positive attitude should say it all.

Dont ever make the mistake of assuming you are sexy - It is for others to notice...not yourself! What is sexy in one persons eyes may not be in another.

Everybody is sexy when they are in the right frame of mind (mood).. Even me!! :)
However the trick is getting in to that mood.. Try to wear sexy clothes (that are appropriate) and make sure you look good when you look in that mirrow smile and have a twinkle in your eye.
I think I am sexy and so does my partner --- Which is all that matters.

It is always "acceptable" to believe you are sexy,but it is a sentiment better kept to yourself.The self confidence will shine through much brighter than any verbal expression you could come up with.
