But whenever I see her there are always people around her. What is a good way to get her alone for a few minutes so I can ask her out? I am really sure she'd say yes, but I really don't want to ask her with everyone around her.

It won't kill ya to ask her out with others around - such requests are best done face to face. But if it's too scary, you can always get her number and try doing it over the phone.

Go up to her and ask her if you could talk to her privately and then pop the question. What would be nice is if you had a little small gift for her. Or send a little note or card to say that she should meet you somewhere, be sure to sign the card and when she arrives waiting with a bunch of flowers to impress the lady. Once she sees how much effort you put into the whole thing she will be knocked off her feet and will not be able to resist you at all. My friend, this is an old-school technique I used when I was in school. And there alot diffrent varitions on this.
When I ask a girl out, I usally say that I have an extra-ticket to the movies because my younger brother or sister doesn't wanna come anymore. She doesn't really know that it's a date until you guys are gonna go together. So she'll probably say yes. and from that, you're on your own.
Make sure it's only the two of you.
Extra tickets to the movies, the carnival. etc i dunno, but i'll stick it to the movies. Remember, just be yourself.

Call her up and ask if anyone is there. If she says yes; tell her to call you back when nobody is with her because there is something you want to discuss.
