Since I'm a nice guy, I would say, "I kinda have a girlfriend right now but I will think of you if me and her don't work out"
it's not really rejecting, it's more like nuertral. BUt it's better since it's not gonna break her heart.
So yes, if im not interested, i'll probably tell her in a proper, non-heartbreaking way.

No, I wouldn't. Tell her that you don't want a relationship, just a "friends w/benifits" kind of deal.
