Be honest and upfront with her. Tell her how you feel about her and what she thinks about it. Be sure that she does not feel pressured into liking you just because you like her. First of all..if you are in your teens, it could be just a crush. You might feel the same way about any woman you see.
So separate your sexual desire from the genuine liking for the girl first. Once you are clear about it you could express it openly to her.
