Many girls don't bleed, its actually quite common.
It is most common is extremely active girls that play a lot of sports. Also girls that ride ATV's or horses.

Because not ever woman bleeds their first time, not every woman hurts their first time. Every woman is different.

because their hymen has already been ruptured before. It can happen from physical trauma or strenuous exercise that the body is not accustomed to...carrying a huge weight, running with heavy weight, riding a horse even.

may be the girl was using internal protection for the period like Tampax and the hymen was little by little destroyed or the girl was horse riding or motor riding....
