my upper lip was swollen for about a week, i went to the dentist and found out that i had an infection on one of my teeth and i had to take anti-biotics, turns out that i went just in time, the infection could have led to my brain and i could have died... check it out...unless you got hit or something otherwise just ice your lip or dont touch it.
