I am 16 years old and I like this girl at my workplace and I know that she likes me too beacuse I heard it from my co-workers. I wanted to know how should i ask her out, beacuse I am scared to get rejected as it would become awarkd at work. Please HELP.

If you know she likes you, go up to her and ask her out. What is the worse that she will do? Reject you? If that is so, then what did you lose? Only those who live in wishful thinking dream about getting the girl. Those of us who are men who live in reality go out and get the girl. We know that we get rejected, but there is always another day and another woman out there to chase.

You have to be careful. Like walking across ice. The best thing to do is to just leave her alone. Stop the problem before it starts. You're only 16, you got your whole life ahead of you. Plus, going out with a girl you work with is a major distraction. Been there, done that. Bad idea all the way around.

I think your co-workers are playing a trick on you. You'll ask her out, thinking she likes you.
you'll get rejected and your co-workers and the girl from work will all laugh.
you'll quit your job and come in yahoo answers and ask a question like..."How do i deal with depression!"
and people in Yahoo will laugh at you too.

First of all, drop the "pimp" moniker.
A pimp wouldn't ask that question.
Secondly, don't date people at your job.
You're young, so it might not matter that much.
But remember, "DON'T PLAY WHERE YOU WORK".
If it doesn't work out, then you have to work with the extra drama of a failed relationship.--Not cool.

Ask her like any other girl, but like you said, if something goes wrong then your going to have to deal with that akwardness at work.
