I would think the question should be reworded to ask if it is dangerous. People that have breathing problem carry a tank with them that has only O2 in it. It's the liquid part of the question that causes the problem. Liquid O2 is about -300 degrees and coming in contact with it will destroy living matter. Also if there is any fire around problems occur as the main thing that slows a fire is a lack of O2. In an environment rich in oxygen the fire will, shall we say burn like h...

no, it is not poisonous. it is incredibly dangerous because it can make anything burn, anything at all. That means that something inert could burn and create huge amounts of poisonous gas, but that is not from the O2, its from what the O2 is mixed with.

Very exciting DV, it form of feels that the forged propellants are slightly "safer" yet then it might influence the layout of the rocket , with the pressue and weight ratios... i ask your self whether a "green" gas will quickly be better for rockets , and so on...
