Bunny heads? Holy cow, how big is your cat?!

Seriously though, as crazy as it sounds, he's doing it to show you he loves you, and is simply bringing a "gift" to his "master". Most all outdoor cats do this...it's a gross thing, but it's part of who they are, I guess!

Basically, in any "tribe" of animals there is always the leader. Kinda like a pack of lions, the male lion is head honcho. The females bring back the kill. So in other words, you are the leader and your cat just wants to satisfy you. Your cat doesn't do it to be mean, but to please you.

Don't scold your cat either, this will make it feel like it has done something wrong, it's just instinct. Just get it away from her and dispose of it.

Because they are natural hunters and want to bring home the kill
THIS IS THE REASON MY CAT IS NOT ALLOWED OUT AFTER DARK
Thats when the hunting kicks in and the reason so many native little wild animals are under threat. I dont mind mine hutning but its limited to small insecty things around the home, once the sun goes down she changes and really wants to go on the hunt. Its not allowed
Please keep her in at night.

this is a cat's way of contributing to its chosen kinfolk's nutrition furnish. Your kitty is asserting that she or he's sensible, that he/she would be trusted to deliver domicile dinner sometimes. With its human companions faraway from the domicile all day, blended with the undeniable fact that there constantly seems to be a number of of nutrition around, a cat would assume that we people are out "looking" constantly. some cats will take there being a surplus of nutrition as a raffle to be lazy and not "do their area" in offering for the kinfolk. Others, although, nonetheless prefer to be powerful. for this reason them bringing domicile mice and birds. Take it as a compliment. Your cat cares approximately you and your loved ones -- it is needed her or him that each and everyone your tummies stay fed. :)

Yes, cats do that when they love their human companions. That's their way of showing affection! Imagine, instead of eating all of their catch, they bring home a prize for you! That's like a mother cat would do for its young. Aren't you one lucky person to have a cat love you so much as to bring you gifts!

Domestic cats view you as their charges that have to be looked after. It is their nature to bring you things to eat (birds frogs etc)

Look at it from the point that your cat loves you and wants to look after you.
