I got a "Sharp" brand Microwave and all I want to do is pour some milk into a bowl and then heat it up in the Microwave. I did this before and there was something white and booger looking in the milk. What temperature do I set the microwave to make me some hot milk without that nasty looking booger thing in it???....I HATE tap water and I don't want to drink tap water. Please people I'm really hungary right now for hot milk with crackers.

put it in the microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, this should heat it up enough...enjoy :)

Try putting the microwave on medium and heating the milk for 30 sec at a time. Check the temp and stir it every 30 seconds until its the temp you want it at. Some things form a scum around the side of the bowl when you put them in the microwave so that's probably what's happening to your milk.

I have a sharp microwave to with presets if I choose to use them
and I do and it is about 30 seconds at one time try that and if it is to cold try 45 seconds

30 sec on HIGH(900 power in some microwaves) is enough to make a cup of milk warm enough to drink without scalding yourself.

It's probably the milk fat.... warm milk- yummm.. my girlfriend is breast feeding right now, hummm,, our kid is eating so dam much my wife is going dry
Why dont you just but a cow. There is noting like fresh milk.
Try setting the mic to a lower power setting, or stirring the milk half way

try this:
put your milk in the Microwave and then heat it to 20sec...
After that stir it with spoon & retain it in the Microwave ..
iam sure it will be hot....

give it 30 seconds on high, and stirr it through, this stops it from cooking too fast in the centre, which is causing the lump.why not do it over the stove and then you can stir constantly??

cover the bowl you use with a paper towel which will allow no air to cause bubble and cut back on the power.
