try to get a shower...drink lots of water.....and use cold compress for your forehead.......

Have you been drinking plenty of water? you need to stay hydrated. Drink alot of water, suck on ice. You should also take a cold shower. You could have a virus, it may not be heat exhas. try taking your temperature, do u have a thermometre?
Look after yourself. Make sure you go to see a doc if you feel dizzy, light headed etc etc. or if it doesnt go away.

Either this individual has alot of free time on her hands or an IQ of 2! I would stop answering her questions and maybe she'll get a life and find something more productive to do with herself! What a waste to society!

If it's bad enough that you're throwign up, then yes, you should go to the emergency room. Otherwise I would say take a cold shower.

if you have stopped sweating or your eyes no longer respond to light (pupil size does not get smaller when flashlignt is shined in your face)., you need professional medical attention immediately.
lie down, drink water in small sips, cover yourself with a blanket, and have someone watch you.
