how do you know your in love or its a crush i havebeen in love before but things are differnt now that i lost my husband but i have deep feelings for this guy and i can't eat ,sleep,i think about him constantly when i am around him i say stupid things ,he turns me on and here i am crying caus ei'm not sure what to do ,i have only known him for since beginning of summer and just recently hung out with him since then but the whole time i could do nothing but think of him,how do you know if its just a crush or its really love?

The powerful emotion called love is very deceptive...and equally illusive. Depending on how the relationship progress, it may take months...or even longer before you're sure. There are times you think you are but you're not. Then you don't think you're even close, but you are. Often you have to lose someone before you're really sure.
The point is just relax and have fun. There is no need to rush. Take your time and enjoy what is happening. This stage is the best part...getting to know someone who makes you feel good. Be yourself and drop all fears that make you so nervous. Remember this...you hardly know him and it can all vanish quickly.
Don't be afraid of that even. If that happens it would be because he was not what he seamed to be..but an illusion.
Surely you do not want to tell him you love him so quick. Keep your eyes and ears open and stay loose.
And one other thing...don't forget to love yourself first.

Sounds like the start of the real thing to me, but give it some time. You say you "lost" your husband; by that, I presume you mean he died. Just be sure you are REALLY in love before taking your new relationship to the next level, and not just being overly vulnerable. Too much too soon can be a bad thing! If you even have to QUESTION whether or not it's just a "crush" at this point, then just take it slow. Proceed with caution! Best of luck....

Being in love is actually a choice we make, It's not something that "just happens" to us. So, you are in love, when you have chosen to love somebody, even if it seems to you that the choice was unconscious.
Other things to consider are what is actually making you feel attracted to the man, on a deeper level. Is he similar to either of your parents, or polar opposite of them? Does the relationship with him re-create feelings that you felt growing up in your family? The better you know yourself, the better you will be able to understand why you feel drawn to some men & not others, and also whether these are healthy & safe attractions, for the right reasons.

If you are constantly thinking about him, can't wait to see him again etc, then you are most likely in love.

sweetheart you are in love,love never goes out of our life,its just we let it take a backseat & we don't acknowledge it.according to me love is when we can't say goodbye to that particular person. n all other symptoms you have mentioned above.

been there...its different his always in ur mind and u can do anything just for him.....its my 1st time and i feel alive and always smiling...u miss him if his not around...its different u get nervous if his there and u keep looking at him werever he goes...
