the fist time we hung out together he told me the things i wanted to hear then the next time we hung out it was awkward and he seemed withdrawn or holding back something ,something was bothering him i could tell but i just couldn't get it out of him and tonight he did not return my call ,what do you think it could be?

I wouldn't waste you time pondering whats going on in his mind. Don't feel sorry for him. I would move on and meet another guy who will be good to you. I wouldn't wait for this guy at all to come around.

He's obviously, after 2 outings, decided that you are not suited for each other. So, go on with your life! Use that as a lesson for future outings.
Why jump into committed relationships before you even know each other? Widen your circle of friends. Enjoy yourself and your youth.
When you get to know more about your friends, then you will be able to assess them first before any commitment.

maybe he has some tough times at home with family or he fell in love with a girl and the girl didn't like him back maybe he's just depress just leave him alone for a few days. Let him come to u when the time comes

No one will know until he opens up. If he got serious problem that he wants to solve on his own then give him the space that he wants.. for if he really likes you no matter how long the time it takes for him to solve that problem, afterwards he will communicate. Yet, if he doesn't that just means he's no longer interested with you..
During the time your waiting, consider having friendly dates so that you will lose focus on him first..

It sounds like he is majorly distracted. Try not to take his behaviour too personal and give him his space. It could be anything really, school, work, family or just not ready to enter into a relationship. Sorry hun'!

there could be two posibilities first,he is in love with you and feels shy to talk to you or if he dose so he don't what he is bragigng about.second,he love some one else and wana avoid you.
