Depending on the purpose for the Leadership training i.e. Church / youth group / sport etc the following are some suggestions:
Communication.
Trust.
Self-esteem.
Attitude.
Committment.
Goal setting.
Teamwork.

like the first answer weathers its church or other wise. here is a church example to help. get a book called the bible promise book. it has topical topics youth go thru, as far as none church. teach moral direction areas, positive reinforcement, ask them to share what thy would love to understand. loom around at the youth to see how they carry themselves, weather verbally or action wise. if you see hate, jealousy etc. if you see to much promiscuity. sometime the people you watch can answer where you should find your strongest topics to cover.

Teamwork and inclusiveness. This is a time when it's easy to feel left out and when bullying becomes a big problem. Teach yur future leaders to watch out for the "underdog".
