no. just like its not fair to give birth to someone whom you know will be in constant pain, will be challenged, and will be miserable.

the important word is - probably. you do not know neither does anyone else who if anyone is going to be dying of hunger and thirst. if people start making decisions based on what they think is going to happen and to whom - the key word here is - think - then what would you consider these people to be?
Does anyone know where the next drought is going to be?
Everyone has a right to life - to be born. Those who think they are the ones who can make the decisions about others lives are deluding themselves.

Is is fair? No, but that is just a broad question with a simple answer. Reality is much more complicated than that. Unfortunately, you have to understand that as humans, we are hard wired to try & continue our blood lines. Life is not fare and it never will be. It is part of the price we pay for being alive.

No, not at all. If someone wanted a child but didn't have a stable enviroment it's not fair to put an innocent child through that.
If someone is pregnant already and cant give it the bare necessities they ought to consider giving birth and then putting it up for adoption or giving it to a local fire station, or police station. They dont have to give their name or anything, but it's better then abortion and better then letting it die.

If this person giving birth to these possible starving children are living in the same conditions then there is no solution that can help them from the begining. there is a lack of education and contraceptive.
Find the root of the problem and help it instead of complaining about the problem

Is it fair for you to eat so much, knowing others are starving to death. people wouldn't be starving to death, if big corporations would learn how to share. ane people give birth to children who wil probably die, because they have the hope that things will get better before they do. They hope that thewest will see the errors of their ways, but with islam getting so pushy, its doubtful if anything can change.

Oh, okay. So, you think that poor people should give up all hope for the future and die. That's nice. You must be a real optimist.

the main core, "responsibility"
a very good example of rationalizing wrong things to make a very very wrong act, to make it look like, "hey, i'm just saving him/her from pain?"
"Save" will never ever become synonymous to "KILL"!!!
they are the opposite!
who are you to say, this child will just suffer, there is no chance that he/she will have a great future... who are you...?
do you know for sure and with a 100% conviction what will happen the next 20 years?
I say it is NEVER EVER FAIR!!!

We do have a responsibility to ensure our children are provided with the necessities of life. Perhaps you could donate half of your salary to providing contraceptives to these 'selfish' people who concieve children in their poverty and hunger.
