Whenever public sentiments are flared, there is bound to arise a group of people that go over the top.

Take the Rodney King riots. when the verdict came out the way it did, there was large scale riotiong.

When sports teams win critical games, all over the world, people overturn cars, start fires. What is sad this is evident especially when teams win.

My point is whenever one flares public sentiment, there is bound to arise violence.

Now muslims, love their religion and their prophet. so isn't it expectable that violence will break out when it is attacked.
I am not condoning the actions of those that do act out, just think its bound to happen.

"Peceful people would have just shrugged it off, the way the catholics do when muslims keep saying they areresponsible for killing millions furing thecrusades, which were a Christian response to Muslim agression, by the way."

There are many who have shrugged it off. secondly, there were muslims killed as a result of the aftermath of sept 11, which happened to be christians. So by the same token christianity is not a religion of peace then .

Thirdly don't even go there. Innocent muslims were killed right left and center. not only muslims but jews too. So what did the jews do?

To every action there is a....reaction. When there is passion for something like sports or religion......there is likely to be an extreme reaction.

No, nobody was hurt , and Muslims keep saying they are a religion of peace. They have yet to show it. Peceful people would have just shrugged it off, the way the catholics do when muslims keep saying they areresponsible for killing millions furing thecrusades, which were a Christian response to Muslim agression, by the way.

We now have religious people rioting in the streets, firebombing churches, and murdering elderly nuns. The justification they use is that someone pointed out that some people of their religion riot in the streets, firebomb churches, and murder nuns.

Don't you see the problem with that?

The people who commit these crimes will use any excuse they can find. The purpose of the pope's speech was to condemn the use of violence to promote religion. I wish the leaders of Islam would do the same.
