Get help. Talk with your teacher, counselor, or family doctor. You may need some rest, some counseling, or some medication. It's hard to tell just from your question. What you do need is someone to talk to who knows what to do for you or where you should go for help. Don't worry. Relief can be found and soon you will wonder how you ever came to feel this way. Be strong, but get help.

Your problems concentrating could be from an emotional problem like depression or anxiety, or a mental problem such as attention deficit disorder.

It's unlikely that someone can give you a simple answer that will solve this problem.

Most likely you will need to work with a counselor or therapist, and possibly try some medications. If you get the right training, you will be able to learn how to cope with your life, but it will take some time to learn. See a doctor, call a crisis hotline, or see a school counselor, to get some advice on where you can get the help you need. And don't worry. Many people go through this kind of confusion at some point in their lives. You can get through it, but don't try to do it alone. Get some help.

First consult a physician and do a complete medical examinations to make sure that you have not any physiological problem. Then you have to find a good Clinical Psychiatrist. He may be able to find out the cause of your problems and treat it.

Or you can try (not recommended) taking an antidepressant called Bupropion, brand names in India are Bupron SR and SMOQUIT SR. Smoquit SR 150 is more safe. Take it once daily in the morning, as soon as you wake up. The drug will take 3 -6 weeks to show the result.

If you don't treat your problems you will miss all these beauty of life.

It sounds as if you are overwhelmed. Try splitting what it is you need to complete into smaller, more doable tasks. Less emphasis on the “big picture” might help you relax for now. Your want to be successful is something everyone strives for. Having a goal such as this is excellent motivation. However, engulfing yourself to this extreme can often backfire. To be happy, successful, in a good job, as you have stated, takes time. You have to slowly work toward each. Take it easy and you will reach your goals.
