You cant "make" a girl do anything. Treat her with respect. Thats a good place to start. First make friends with her then build a relationship. After you guys have a good relationship then ask her out on a date.

You gotta have Game! don't be too nice and not an asshole either.. and be flirty and play the hard to get role for a little bit.. For some reason most females don't like the guy that's too nice, it's a turn off. But, deep conversations are always good date starters too..
