it can run up to 600 dollars if you do the 'zoom' teeth whitening which is same day whitening. If you read your local newpaper (or alternative paper) you might be able to find some real good specials... even first time patients pricing.

It does cost alot to get your teeth whitened by an orthodontist, I agree with the post above about the Listerine Whitening, I have been using it and it has made a noticable difference, my teeth are whiter and all you have to do is swish it around in your mouth for a minute before you brush! :)

well mate.. first of all an orthodontist does`nt deal with teeth whitening.. unless he or she has general practice too... prices vary from clinic to clinic.. the ZOOM 2 is the best in the market at present with minimum side effects....
And please dont listen to people saying to use Hydrogen Peroxide.. cos if it is not in the right dilution u will end up burning ur gums and cheek....they may end up white instead of your teeth!

If you want a cheaper alternative, I suggest Listorine whitening mouthwash. I've been using it twice a day before brushing and noticed a big difference after only a week.

way too much... from $500 on up to over $2k, however my sister is a dental hygienist and she told me to use hydrogen peroxide a few years ago... just let it slash in your mouth for a few mins and then spit it out and re-brush your teeth... do it once a day and you'll have whiter teeth in less than a week... all at the cost of about 48 cents!!!
