ok we broke up 4 months ago, and we tryed bein friends but we just ended up fighting all the time, so now she basicly hates me but i'm still very much in love with her. well a couple of weeks ago i got a couple of e-mails from a friend, and she said that my ex's current boy friend had called her and tryed to get with her. well i didnt tell my ex cause i thought i didnt care, but as the weeks passed on i got really worried about her, and i told her friend about the e-mails, well her friend goes and tells her that i'm trying top start stuff to break them up. So I get a pretty nasty message from my ex sayin that i need to stay out of her life and I'm a pathedic loser. well I'm really worried about him hurting her cause it will devastate her. I know i shouldnt car ebut i love her. what should i do???

I am sorry for about your situation. There is no pain like pain of the heart.
It sounds like the deed is already done as far as helping her to see that the guy is cheating. There is nothing more you can do – and anything negative you say about him will be seen as jealousy on your part OR worse…..she might think that you are insulting her and implying that she is not as desirable as she thinks she is……
So now that you have told her, just keep quiet about it because she doesn’t want to believe it and she will find out on her own. She will remember that you were right about that guy – and you will be vindicated. If anyone should tell her about her boyfriend, it should be the other girl.
Just be friendly and nice to her whenever you get the chance and don’t mention her boyfriend. I hope that things work out for you.

There are several things you can do but my advice would be to stay away and let it pass for now. Go out during that time away and see if anyone else catches your interest as you should think about moving on. If after a couple of weeks you are still worried about her and haven't met someone new send an email saying how you feel, letting her know you are worried about her.

She's a big girl, and she is no longer your concern. I'm sure you still love her, and the sad thing is you always will, regardless if the relationship was not meant to last. Once you love someone, you will always love them, but not all loves are good for you. She obviously does not choose to be in contact with you, and that is her right. Leave her to handle her own affairs, and you concentrate on taking care of yourself. In time, you will able to carry on and only think of her occasionally with fond memories. A little bit of your heart will always belong to her, and you will eventually find someone to share the rest of it with.

email her back and explain to her that you were only looking out for her and didn't intend to upset her that your only looking out for her, and if you still love her tell her so, you may regret it later if you don't
