orthodontists mostly do corrective work like braces... you can get your teeth whitened by a dentist....either in office or home kit....I got my teeth whitened in office... 1.5 hrs... she did an awesome job, but the only catch is, that your teeth will be extremely sensitive for about 1 day... either way you whiten, your teeth will be very sensitive, because its not natural for your teeth to have that goop on them for extended periods of time... oh, and it costs about $500 where I went, but I don't know how much it costs at other places... I guess it depends on the dentist

you could do it yourself, it is much cheaper. Order it online. Zoom whitening, they get you to make a mould and send it back (postage paid) then will send you the package with your silicone moulds and the product. It works wonders.

orthodontists deal with braces.... so most of them dont, unless they have general practice too.
