Is she eating? Drinking? Given her age and what you're describing, my first thought (although it could be a number of things with an outdoor cat) is that she may have FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). It's a 100% fatal disease that is often characterized by neurological signs like falling over, and the succeptibility of other illness like infection. You need to take her to a vet ASAP to have a diagnostic workup done. And don't let her near your cats.

It is possible that the eye infection is unrelated. I recently found out that my eight year old cat has a heart murmur (I found out a few months earlier that I do too!) and the vet said that it shouldn't affect him but that I should watch out for him fainting. It could be something similar for this cat. Book her in at the vet or if you do not plan to continue caring for her, take her to a shelter and alert them to the issue.

My mum had a cat that used to pass out when another cat came near it, but he soon grew out of the habit. I would be more worried about the eye infection than anything else.
Her fainting or passing out could be a stress thing and she is letting you know that you are getting close for her comfort.
I hope she does stop doing this soon as it can freak a lot of people out if they have never seen it before.
Good Luck

I hate to say it but she needs to be seen, even if that means taking her to the local shelter. It could be epilepsy or some other seizure disorder or she could have something that your cats could contract. Make sure you wash your hands after handling her and before touching your cats or any of their things. The poor baby needs some help. Good luck!

Best thing to do without sounding mean is to take this kitty to the animal shelter. she may have something you dont want you'r kitties to catch, if she is a stray she probably has'nt had vaccinations. and she may be very sick, we just don't know. A shelter will know what to do with her and they do have knowledgable people, and some have vets to look after her

Take it to a vet or humane society shelter (preferably a no-kill facility. Could have something bad that could hurt you or your pets or your family. No time for amateur suggestions.

A cat that young shouldn't be having glycemic problems and it may be a viral issue, take it to the pound before your cats get sick.
