If so do you get dirty on anyone who uses it? Do you have a favorite style of mug? cup?

I drink a lot of tea and there a few "favorite" cups for different occassions and I never share them with anyone. If my family members need to drink they use their own cups, guests have guest cups too.
I have a set of fine china cups for when I use tea bags, and a special cup with filter for when I use loose tea leaves but only need a cup of tea. At dinner time I make tea from loose leaves in a tea pot and use a matching cup to drink out of.

I prefer regular size mugs for hot tea, though I have a strong preference for Chinese teacups. The cup can have a handle or not, it doesn't really make a difference to me. I have several cups in my cupboard that I use and share with friends who come over. There is no single cup I reserve for myself, though.
However, when I drink iced tea, I like the large mugs that hold more than 32oz and I have a mug that I use but no one else is allowed to drink out of it without my permission.

I have a fairy coffee mug that I bought with my first paycheck that is mine and yes, I get dirty when anyone uses it. I don't have many things that are all mine but that is my mug, plain and simple. There are other mugs and cups in the office that everyone can use, so why must they single out my mug? I think it's because they think it's pretty.

I dont really care, as long as its a mug and it holds my coffee.
My dad has a favorite mug. he drinks his coffee black and he never ever washes it...gives it a rinse before he first uses it and then again when he last uses it.
I can always tell when mum is pissed off at him .. his cup is sparkling white and clean !! LOL

Yes. I have a mug my niece bought me. Any drink from this mug tastes perfect. Other mugs just don't compare. No-one but no-one else gets to use it.

haha - I have about four of them. When I can't find one of my faves I get pissy about it. LOL
I like a bigger mug with a handle I can fit all 4 fingers through so that I can snuggle the cup in the morning. I love my coffeeeeeee....

my coffee cup is a tall ceramic pale blue country road glass with no handle, I love it, my new tea mug my mum bought me is a chunky olive green country road mug

I do have a favorite. It's a coffee mug that orignally belonged to my son. He passed away so it has a sentimental value to it and I tend to use it alot.

My favorite mug is a oversized mug that I painted myself. It says "Beauty Seeps into My Soul"... it always relaxes me. I don't mind sharing it, maybe it will relax them too.

ive got a Sponge Bob tea mug that i took from my little cousin. i know it sounds funny but its true and i like it cuz its big and the handles big and im a big guy.
