i changed my password and i can't login back on it and i don't remember my info i put in

Request they send you the password again. There is usually a secret question and they will send it to the mailbox listed in your account. If all else fails get another account or go to support and send them an email and ask. Good luck!

I know, it's really annoying ... I write everything down because even if I think I will remember it, I have so many usernames and passwords for things that I always get confused. There should be a default where you can ask to have an email sent to you with the information and they do it because they believe the email you have on file is yours and there is no problem with a breach of security. Good luck and remember, write it down and put it in a safe place? I know people say not to leave passwords lying around put who do you think is really going to be interested in breaking into your account? That usually happens online and there is not a lot we can do against hackers who are brilliant with computers.

if you only have one email address then click on forgot password and it will send you a link to your email w/ id and temp password,, or it may give you both
