How many people believe that the anti-christ is among us today?

Do you believe he is walking the earth at this time? Do you think he is one of our world leaders of today and just hasn't been exposed yet? Do you think it's possible that he could even be our own president. Think about it. It says "his message will be peace, but he will wage war with the nations of the earth" that is not an exact quote! I can't remember the exact scripture, but it is something to that extent. Think about what are presidents message is, then think about what he's doing. Security and peace. But what is he doing? I think we are being led down a dark path and not too many people want to notice it. Especially christians because most of them are republican. I believe people in religion can be blinded by politics.

The Antichrist is definately here on earth but he has yet to reveal himself and only those who are not blind will be able to recognize that he is a pawn of Satan. He will use peace but he will remove his mask halfway thru the tribulation and reveal his true evil nature. All those who do not worship him as God will be killed. I believe that the Antichrist will be a man of middle eastern decent. It will unlikely be an American President. There will be many wars and nation will rise against nation and this man will bring a false peace to the whole earth. Do not be fooled. Do not recieve his mark or you damn yourself. Refuse his mark and die in the name of Christ and you will recieve eternal life.

Why do so many people think the Anti Christ is one person? The Book of Revelations is not a book of prophecy. It was written as a book of hope at a time when Christians were being tortured and killed for not accepting the Roman emperor as god. The message was that Jesus would conquer all, and they would receive their reward for all they suffered in Christ's name.
