If I drink, I have to smoke, but if I smoke, I don't crave alcohol. Strange. If you are looking to quit, stop the booze first, then work on the smokes. Quiting smoking unfortunately for some means changing their entire lifestyle. That is, hanging out in bars or with friends who smoke. I think that is what deters people from quiting smoking the most, and that is changing lifestyles, which for some can be just as difficult as the addictive properties of nicotine.

I stopped smokeing like 48 days ago and it is hard. But my doctor said if you can go one day with out one then it is all in your head and I have to agree. You have to want to quit in order for it to work. I don't like beer either so I would say give me a beer and u keep the smokes. I can leave that beer sit in from of me all night long and not even be tempted to touch it. GOOD LUCK!

I quit drinking beer 4 yrs ago but I still smoke. Ive tried to stop like 4 times now. The smoking might kill me eventually but at least I wont get drunk and stupid and die tonight.

if smokin ganja than there is a perfect balance...i still have yet to figure it out...if cigs...than i just keep smokin cause drinkin and smokin go hand and hand...i think is why we as humans have two hands...and two arms...so the one is not jealous as the other one is goin to the mouth...drink...smoke..drink smoke...is a perfect combination of fluid motion between the two arms...also does not leave you empty handed...
