As per IRDA guidelines That even an agent has to take licence to do an insurance where as he cannot sign any document.

No. Not authorized to do any sort insurance function unless it is licensed from IRDA.

No , not at all, without IRDA license no one can act on insurance field.if u r thinking ,then u r a fool.

If any one is tied with an corporate he can still both life N non life insurance , as they all sell in one licence code .
