she is 16 and I have NO IDEA what to get her! Please help!

found out what kind of movies she likes. Get her some popcorn, drinks (soda), a few candy treats, or what ever she likes. Throw in a gift card to a favorite store. A movie package for a present.

i'd recommend a gift certificate to a popular clothing store,
and add some charming piece of jewelry like bracelet or something, to make your gift more personal.
i would love to recieve that gift.
