Person suffering from Liver cerosis wiil have any effect on their mental status . we are observing many chages in their way of talking

yes! and it doesn't matter if liver cirrhosis is present or not. hcv does not just infect the liver....hcv virons are in every tissue of someone who is infected.

hcv itself passes the blood brain barrier, let alone the toxins from a damaged liver (regardless of how damaged it is or not).

I was only a grade and stage 2.2 at 34 years of age and suffered depression since the age of 13. (when I'm sure there was no fibrosis or even bridging of scar tissue)

The further the advanced, the more damage is being done. Once the liver is bad enough to cause the kidneys to malfunction, the mental status changes rapidly.
