Honey, get your sinuses checked!! Seriously. I spent one whole year thinking EVERYTHING smelled like burned rubber. Turned out I had a sinus infection that went down into my teeth. THAT was fun! Thing is, if your sinus is messed up, everything smells bad, because the bad smell is in your nose!
Good luck!

I know what you mean. I shower every day or so, and if I skip a day, I can smell my own stink. Not anything really repulsive, just stink like I've been in bed for a day or two. My husband loves to kiss my neck and my ears and I'm always telling him to stop because I'm stinky. He tells me that I have never stunk a day in my life and that I always smell clean and fresh. I guess some people are more sensitive to certain smells than others. I just carry a small body mist perfume and breath mints and brush my hair throughout my day to make me feel better about the way I "might" smell. Good luck.

Maybe you have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I'm not being a smart aleck or anything; I'm being truthful! People who have OCD are known to REPETITIVELY clean (whether it be dishes, windows, tables, counters, etc., or themselves). Hell, I even have OCD! I was first diagnosed with it when I was 13. Back then, I would wash my hands SO many times that the skin on the back of my hands would LITERALLY crack AND bleed! Maybe you should go to see a psychiatrist. I am saying this because I am trying to help you to realize that you MAY have it, and, although I don't know you, I care enough about you to say this to you. (OMG, I HOPE I DON'T sound gay saying this!)

It is possible you are having olfactory hallucinations; that is, you are smelling something that isn't there. I have experienced this phenomenon myself in times of conscious and/or unconscious stress, and a visit to a mental health center or psychiatrist might go a long way to explaining why you have this particular malady.

You do wear deodorant. . right? Well, hopefully so. Try switching brands. It might be that the kind you're using isn't strong enough. If that still doesn't work, you might want to ask your doctor and see what he/she says about it. They can probably give you better advice then anyone on here.

maybe because they are being nice. If you can smell yourself and you shower, go to the doctor and get ur body cleaned out. you are intoxified by something and thats what is making you smell.

Well, maybe they either just don't smell you at all or you really don't stink and just think you do or they are being polite to you

I think you need to see a psychiatrist... If you shower that often, because only YOU can smell yourself... well, then, I think you have a real problem...
And it's not BO.

Maybe it's your diet that is causing the problem. Write down what you eat every day and see if there is anything that might cause this problem. Try to eliminate one item every day until you find that one particular item that is causing the problem.

This is one of the symptoms of being possessed by evil spirits. You maybe want to talk to an exorcist.
