There are not many. Diseases are usually killed by the saliva in your mouth. However, viruses are another story. Most viruses can be spread by kissing. Except AIDS unless there is an open sore or bleeding from the mouth you can't get AIDS from kissing. But who would kiss someone who is bleeding from the mouth. Most of the things people are mentioning to you are viruses NOT diseases.
