Drive, the only time I get car sick is when I am the passenger. Especially in my dads old Caprice, a HUGE boat of a car. I get sick just thinking about it. The only time I never got sick in that car was when I drove.

My 10 year old son get awful car sickness...His pediatrician said to give him Dramamine 1 hour before his trip. This is also good for adults. However, if you are asking about a baby..consult your doctor.

I always ride in the front, or in the middle of backseat so I can see out. Crack the window, it seems to help that I have a flow of fresh air. For long trips, front only and dramamine.

Don't ride in cars... or anything moving while you stay still.
You can have someone knock you out before you get into the car and you'll be unconscious the whole time you're in the car. It seems fun don't it?

Pay attention to whats going on around you while your riding... usually u get car sick when you are doing things like reading or playing a video game because you have no clue whats going on around you.

Give your child some children's gravol 30-60 minutes before leaving. If he/she is really going to feel nauseous -use the gravol suppositories.

Don't let them read or play cellphone games in the car - it will make them way, way worse. (If they look out the window that seems to help.)
