1. Lift with your legs and not your back
2. Make sure that you do not lean forward with the object cuz u will cuz back muscle pain eventually
3. wear steal toe boots you dont want to lose them
4. Use a cargo if it is too heavy, do not carry it for long distances because eventually you will get tired and hold it the wrong way. Use a dolly if you need to.
5. get someone to help you carry it if you cant lift it on your own dont be scared to ask for her.
