Where did you hear this rubbish?When a married woman misbehaves,she is ostracised by her friends and community.When it's the man it's,boys will be boys.Regardless of sex it's wrong Women generally pay a heavier price for thier indiscresions than men

It's not ok either way, I don't know where you heard that. But it's not true. If your a man or woman and being cheated on it still hurts. Cheating is always the cheaters fault because they always have the option of not doing it, but they are just too selfish.
