If you want to. But remember you will only be friends with benefits, so when he decides to find someone he really wants to settle with or that he really likes or in love with, your benefits may be cut off without a notice. Just so you will know, men don't normally respect women who they consider "friends with benefits". That is not a lady like or a respectful name or label to have. Think about it before you let this man take advantage of your body.

Sure. As long as you know you're both ****-buddies for when you're otherwise lonely. Not my sort of thing, because, well, it seems a little too slutty for me, but I have friends who do it. Generally they're the really horny ones looking mostly for attractive, warm bodies--liking the person is an added bonus for them. Just be ready: When he gets somebody he connects with emotionally, he'll disappear. Then come back like nothing happened if/when they break up. But you can do the same thing...

(And if he's at all like the people I know, it's not a matter of respect or disrespect. His attitude is: Well, we can't really get along as a couple and we get on each other's nerves. But the sex is good, so if we can't get any, we'll give eachother a call.)

No its not a good idea to be a friend with benefits wit ur ex-bf. If ur ex has feelins for u, then it'll make his feelins even stronger than b4 b/c he'll think that u still want to be wit him, and u probably wouldn't want that.

HAY-ull no! If all you truly want is a booty call, there are several million men who'd happily oblige. The only reason we do this kinda thing is to keep from saying "Goodbye." Say it, have your sister or a good girlfriend standing by with a solid shoulder to cry on, and move on. You'll survive.

It always happens to me after a break up but it usually ends bad because one of the people is still more att6ached than the other. That may just be my life though. Is this a one way ride or is he getting something out of this? What is his motive for the benefits?

NO!!

You will never move forward.. He is an ex for a reason.. why do you want to be seconds? Why do you want to keep your heart confused on something you know is bad for you? or maybe you want him back?

i don't know. i'm having the same problem with my ex boyfriend. in my opinion, as long as there is respect and understanding and affection between the two of you, i see no problem with it. but if he's only using you for your body, i wouldn't.

you know u like the benefits but they are for him entirely on his side. this way he gets a boink whenever he needs one and doesent feel obligated to take u or your feelings into consideration.

you have now turned from girlfriend to freebie when he cant get it anywhere else.

No, because one of you is bound to develop feelings again, and there is a reason why he is your ex. I would say stay far away from it so no one gets hurt again.
