Do americans need "terrorists" to give their lives meaning?

...it has to be the most-used term on every form of media and its what we are fighting against correct? .. i mean, the President himself told us thats who we are fighting right? so how could it not be legitamate *puke ... ok show me some pics of the big terrorist base and give me a list of names or even a number of PROVEN actual terrorists that we have now incarcerated ... ok, im pretty sure we never found the actual hidden big base ... just some little farm villages we blew up reminecent of vietnam ... and we claim to have captured how many names of known terrorists? 10? maybe? .... but yet we have militarized and taken over half of the middle east killing hundreds of thousands of civilians and it looks like we want to take over the rest .... so, is there somthing wrong with this picture of "terrorists" or what? ... and dont give me some sly remark about i'll be sorry when they strike again ... the question is who are we talking about and truthfully im not worried about islamic peopl

There is a cloaked and ever-moving land mass somewhere between Africa and Asia. A country called Terroristania. It has a population of about 700 million. That's roughly 10% of the Earth's population. From the time of birth to the time of death, they are taught a life philosophy of terror. They have their civilian population but, the majority of them join the great Terroristanian Army and those that do not work to create weapons of mass destruction. It is they who we are at war with. Once we have killed off this Terroristanian Army and "re-educated" their civilian population, the world will be free of terrorism. Since we can't just invade Terroristania (we don't know it's exact location, they have stealth technology, you see) we'll just tell everyone that terrorism is "everywhere", that way we can go anywhere in the world to attack them... the terrorists from Terroristania, that is.

If that doesn't work, we will continue our efforts to supplant the rightful, democratically elected rulers of Terroristania. This will be made easy by our tried and true methods of supporting internal opposing factions with money and clandestine arms, facilitating the rise to power of people favorable to our current regime *cough* err.. government. Oh, and by sending them rock and rap videos with mostly nekkid women. That always gets their attention.

Intelligent people should never use the word "terrorist". Study the facts behind this evil Conservative propagandistic word that has caused allies to become enemies. The true objective of using this word is money, land and oil. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

The problem is that even our best journalists and statesmen are on auto-pilot with the word "Terrorist", making it a ludicrous household term. But the word "terrorist" has THOUSANDS OF SOLDIERS AND MILLIONS OF CIVILIANS DYING FOR NOTHING! These Conservatives must be stopped.

They push a false image that we are fighting WWII again which gives certain Americans' lives meaning. Why don't they consider that we've wasted tens of trillions of dollars on this phony "anti-terrorism" campaign; money that goes right into the back pockets of war profiteers making them ever richer as more soldiers and civilians die. The word "terrorist" has lead to the MOST DIABOLICAL ERA IN WORLD CIVILIZATION. Why on earth DOES AMERICA THINK THIS IS NORMAL? Are they CRAZY?

No, they're completely racist. We're talking about a different race of people that some Americans are more than willing to believe are savages but are they? For centuries their wives and children have died by Western encroachment. Yes, it's a hidden history that no one wants to hear. Their land is being stolen and their countries destroyed by genocidal plans of America and it's supporting nations with US tax dollars. Those people are fighting the US now but it didn't have to be that way.

As we write, people are starving to death in the Gaza Strip, Lebanon is cut to shreds, Iraq is holy Hell and our Soldiers are dying in Afghanistan too. The use of the word Terrorist by our leaders has put the US in the path of incredible harm.

Bush has not had one success in his life except BRAINWASHING CERTAIN AMERICANS WHO ARE COMFORTED by his decision to resort to hate, distrust, war and the use of the word Terrorist-- instead of Diplomacy. How pathetic are the lives of Americans who see this incredible and continued failure as their only option. Where is their humanity?

Remember that native Americans were called "Terrorists" but centuries later, Americans are much wiser. Will Americans be stupid enough to wait another century to realize how harmful they've been? DON'T WAIT! Write a letter to your Newspaper and send the same to your Congressmen demanding that they cease the ridiculous use of this word. Our Future is UP TO YOU!

No. Terrorist need Americans to make their lives meaningful. If you do some research about Osama Bin Laden, you will find that he basically just picked America as his enemy so he had some to wage a holy war against(that doesn't even follow the rules set by Islam)

I didn't kill anyone for land or oil. I am worried about islamic people, not all of them, just the ones who kill anyone they think is in their way. And we did find many bases that supported terrorists.

The Government needs the monster of "terrorism" to strike terror in Americans, who cower in fear whenever the Goverment rings a bell. That way the Government can more easily overthrow the Constitution under the pretext of "protecting" us. We are a universe away from the heroes who fought and died for our freedom. You need to be drug tested. NO, we dont need no stinking terrorists around here. We been attacked since the 80's and turned our backs on it, from Beruit to the first WTC bombing. 911 was the big wake up.
