I'm kinda shy and all, but I really like this girl. I know I should be confident and all but is thee anything to help me out, or should I just roll the dice and pray for some luck

blender has some good advice i would only add is to show her she is beautiful captivating worth pursuing. notice how pretty her hair is or her new outfit looks on her. often do this in front of others. sometimes just look at her and smile and when she asks what are you smiling at tell her that she is just stunning and you can't get her beauty out of your mind. then tell her i can't do this any longer i can't just look at you i need to see you after work or school or were ever you see her. tell her you want to get to know her more and you would like to take her out. when you go out with her take her to a place were you can talk to her and listen to her. a restaurant coffee shop. don't go to the movies on a first date or concert these places are only for people who aren't interested in getting to know some one. when you take her out to a coffee shop restaurant ask her questions about herself and what she likes and doesn't like. when she tells you something she doesn't like just listen to her and tell her you understand her and don't blame her for feeling that way. this should do the trick but please when you get her treat her nice always even if you think you need to end the relationship.

I am guessing that you are a lot younger than me. Yeah I am an old dude but I do remember when I was young and in high school. I would sit by the telephone torturing myself over some girl I wanted to call and ask out on a date. My dad would walk by and see me all wound up in knots and he would say: "Son the worst thing she will do is say no and then there are others to ask if she does say no." By wording it that way failure was not an option and my dad was right. You see, she may be just as afraid that you will not call and ask her out and there are other fishes in the sea besides her. Remember, the worst thing that would happen is she would say no and if you look at it that way it is no big deal. Go for it now!!!

Asking a girl out is not nearly as scary as the idea that she might not want to go out on a second date, or after she find out that you have baggage for example. (I'm not saying that you do)
Just ask her out!!! That should always be the easiest part. After she goes out with you the first time, then is time for you to start praying.

it depends.. are you really cool with her or just gettin to know her.. If you do know her like that.. maybe bring her a rose.. Yeh it sounds corny buh trust me.. girls like these things.. And tell her that youve liked her for a long time but didnt know how to ask her out and was wondering if she wanted to go out some time

you're adorable.
Not all girls want cocky, overly confident guys.
Flirt with her...it doesn't have to be pushy or waaay out there.
Just show her more attention than other girls.
Maybe make up a handshake or something with her.
Excuses to touch, thats the key.
And you'll know if she feels the same.
Then ask her out.
Or ask her how she feels about you.
