me and my bf have been together for 5 yrs and he is a yr younger than me.
no problems here.
just tell him how you feel. or if your really scared then have one of your friends ask him if he likes you and if he says yes then go from there. If not then move on
Theres plenty of other men out there

you have got sooo many years ahead of have wonderful experiences and making plenty of mistakes with the opposite gender. You are pre-pubescent at the moment and believe me when I say puberty is pretty much gonna control your life soon enough... so why not just hang out with friend thats a boy/ boyfriend as just a friend for now and save the thoughts of being more that friends, till when you are well into your mid teens... remember that boys actually hit puberty in their mid teens anyway... just think carefully....

Let him know, first of all........Write a note or have a friend tell him, or if you are feeling exceptionally bold, ask him out on a group date (to the movies or bowling with friends).....Take care, dear..........
