Peanut butter and bacon on whole grain bread.
It sounds bizarre, but the flavors and textures meld extremely well.
I use Skippy Honey Nut Roasted Super Chunky PB with Farmer John Maple Bacon.

There is a restaurant in South Holland, IL. (Mancinos) that sells these sandwiches they call grinders. They are like submarine sandwiches but better with toasted bread with the cheese melted into the bread...and it can be filled with chicken, beef or whatever you want. I haven't met a grinder I didn't like. mmmm good!

4 slices of roast beef, 2 slices of white american cheese (can not be orange american has to be white), wheat bread and alot of mayo.
It has to also be assembled a certain way too. First put a small dab of mayo on one slice spread it evenly on the bread, then put 1 slice of cheese on top, then roll up the piece of roast beef indiviadually and put the 4 rolls on top of the 1 slice of cheese and bread, then put the other slice of cheese on top of that, put some mayo on the last slice of bread then put that slice on top to finish it. Also both slices of bread have to be facing the same direction.
God I sound like I have OCD when it comes to food.
