Because, then you can't taste the sucralose turning to formaldehyde and wood alcohol!! It only does that after it hits your stomach if it's ice cold...

because "mountain dew" is really cold, and using this concept on a product means that the cola is also needs to be cold

I think the aftertaste of its artificial sweetener is not as bad when your taste buds are numbed by the cold. See if you like it better if you have a snack (like chips or a sandwich) with it. That also might hide the aftertaste.

IT SEEMS THAT ALL DIETS NEED TO BE ICE COLD FOR ME TO DRINK THEM, SO I DON'T THINK MT DEW IS THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE.

bc. of all the aspertame, stay away from that crap it's worse than sugar for you. switch to regular. you'll see health improvements (i'm so serious) and you'll not have to endure the disgusting taste.
