I have a story here:
In the olden days, once there was a Buddhist monk and a bandit Both were trying to cross the sea, the boat came and inside there are a couples of other passengers travelling along too. what will this monk do? To Kill him or not to? and why? most important thing is why ....
I know the answer but don't say refer to me...
I just want to test how passion and knowledgable u are when situation comes like this!

by the way,the bandit is trying to rob the passangers.

Why should the monk or even the passenger killed the bandit ? Let the bandit rob and take whatever he wants, there is no reason why u would take another person's life just becos he wanted to take your things away. Maybe the bandit is facing hardship and is trying to rob u to feed his entire family, u are actually doing a good deed by letting him have your things. Perhaps u can lend him a hand too if he needs additional help. By killing him, u took not only one life, but u may also destroy his entire family who rely on him to survive. It's a terrible sequence to one action that u may take.

Why don't they all just jump in the boat together and cross the sea? Why would anyone have to kill anyone?
I think you may be leaving out an important part of the story, because it doesn't make sense.

what you must kill him..?cant they cross together?? Well if i am the monk i sure not to kill him.WHy? hard to explain.
