First of all it is Bleu Cheese and yes it is good on salad, but I love Romano Cheese. Italian and all. Can't eat spaghetti without it, and it is even great all by itself.

Yes,have you ever put some mozzarella,or any kind of cheese in your meatballs?Just press in/indent,fill with cheese,and finish rounding off the meatball. Then fry in olive oil,or any kind of oil as usual.Yummy surprise!
