If it was a Felony crime then you need to go to the County Courthouse where the case would , be tried / have been tried. They will have the records in the County Clerks office in the same building.
If it was a lessor offense, it will be on record with the city's Municipal Clerk's office, usually in the same building as the City jail.
Neither office will charge for the search, but there will be a charge for officially sealed copies. Make sure you bring identification with you.

Your husband will get notice of the trial as he will have to testify. You could contact the Prosecuting Attorneys office for more information.

look under your state circuit court access it is public record if they charged her it will show up when and where her court dates are and what they are charging her with
