Ex-bf and I dated for almost 2 years........we broke up cause he was treating me horribly and making me cry everyday. Then he tells me through a comment on myspace that he's marrying some other girl........ even though he told me he loved me want wanted/would wait for me forever the day before? How does that work?

Be glad he's not marrying you if he was treating you like dirt. It would have only gotten worse after marriage. As to how what happened happens, well it does. Many people are terrified of the commitment as they are getting married and get sentimental about what they're passing up. That is why he is telling you he loves you/wants/will wait for you, etc.... He may start wanting to fool around with you soon after his marriage. Move on. Invest a lot of energy and willpower in moving on. You know that he is sick and will hurt you again.

Maybe he wanted to get a reaction from you, but what a horrible way to do it. He's playing games and that's not how you deserve to be treated. Maybe he wanted to see what you would say, if you would say I love you back or something like that or how you missed him. He probably wanted to boost his ego. I feel sorry for that girl he is marrying. Just be happy you're not with him anymore!!!

He was confused, nervous, or just plain does not understand the consequences of his actions. You are better off without him. You don't need people that treat you ugly. I just made a decision to quit talking to some of my so called "friends". They ridicule me to my face and don't do what they tell me they will do. One of my friends sent me a crude e-mail he thought was funny. I don't see anything funny about a cartoon character shooting the bird at me.......I could go on..........Treat yourself well. Your happiness is number one. Take care.....

Well first of all, obviously he doesnt love you as much as he (and you) thinks. And second of all, why are you still worrying about it if you are broken up, and he made you cry everyday. YOU BROKE UP 4 A REASON!!!!!!!!!!!

it doesn't ... he's playing a cruel game, if he's marrying someone else than he doesn't love you, he wants to keep you interested in case it doesn't work out. you need to move on and find someone else and forget about him. he's not worth it.
