i think who ever had the interest should make the first move.
we cant sit around all day wondering if someone likes us back. take a step towards confidence, and ask them

I think people in general can give off an unapproachable vibe. When you feel a guy checking you out, pay attention to your body language. Do you tense up? Look away? or acknowledge the guy? On the other hand, some guys like to check girls out, but don't act on it because they may be attached to someone else. Take the looks as a compliment, even if the guy doesn't approach you.

As long as the girl doesn't come off desperate or pushy, she can pull the trigger otherwise let the man be a man and make the first move. Just don't make it a habit.

I think that it could go either way some times guys are to shy so girls have to step up and talk

nowadays it's ok for either sex to make that first move, and personally i like when i girl does, it shows confidence and curage on her part, which is very hott
