When she asks about the clothes from the hangers she may be wondering if you realize that doing that makes the hangers flip up in the closet and sometimes fall on the floor, and doing that may stretch your clothes out of shape too. She may ask because she doesn't know why you don't care about making a mess in the closet or stretching your clothes out of shape.
On the socks and pants - Maybe she's just curious or maybe she thinks you'd look a little more polished with another color socks. Maybe she would like to see you looking your best because she may think you have potential that your white socks aren't showing off.
Animal Planet? Maybe she's just making conversation about something she likes. Maybe she's interested in why you have no interest in it.
Toilet seat? Uncivilized not to put it back. That one is getting to her, and that's why she's nagging you about that one. Women like civilized people.
Movies? She's just wondering.
1. This is one woman. It is not all women.
2. She is making the effort to interact with you, engage you in conversation, ask for your cooperation of something like the toilet seat, etc. You should respect her for making the effort because obviously you aren't one for doing the same.
3. If you believe any questions she has are "silly" then do her a favor and let her go find someone else who will have some respect for her.
4. You know what? A lot of women wouldn't bother asking all the questions your wife/girlfriend asks. They would have walked out the door a long time ago on some oaf who thinks she's silly.
5. The questions she's asking you are "silly". She's showing signs of being dissatisfied with a whole bunch of things you do or don't do. While it may be wrong of someone to hope to get someone they'd like to admire more change, it also tells you that she's cares enough about you (apparently) to think that maybe discussing a few things that would make the relationship better or her is worth trying. Don't make the mistake of thinking that her questions are "silly". They're a sign of her dissatisfaction with you. You can either make a few compromises (the toilet seat, the hangers, an hour of Animal Planet here or there in exchange for her going with you to a movie here or there, etc.)
The socks - she has to accept even if she may be right that you'd look less oafy in socks of a different color with some pants.
You wrote your question with the idea of getting other guys to share "silly" questions that you think all women ask. Again, it isn't all women. It isn't all relationships. More importantly, it is more serious than you seem to realize it is. One of these days she won't have any more questions for you because she'll have given up on the idea of having the relationship she'd like to have with you. I don't think its necessarily anything you do or don't do that will be the ruin of your relationship, but its your attitude that her attempts to either be helpful or to engage you in conversation are seen by you as "silly" (and silly enough to get on this site and invite other guys to get in on the joke of how silly you think women must be).
I can't tell from what you've said, but there's the chance that too many questions of the type you've mentioned could actually mean you're the victim of emotional abuse (depending on her tone and how often it happens and what exactly she says and her motives). If she's taking the role of, say, a parent who is always criticizing and complaining about a child (you) then you need to ask if you're the victim of abuse.
So, you see, one way or another, what you have going on there isn't silly. Its just a question of how serious, really, is the situation.

To keep we men confused,of course, (which isn't too hard)Answers as follows: Because you're always asking me so many questions that I'm always in a hurry. It's the only color I own. The toilet should always be prepared for use by the one next using it (i SHOULD CHARGE FOR THAT ONE)..How come you don't like to watch TV on the Animal Planet. Why didnt you ask me that BEFORE we got married? And (drum roll please) NO ,thats quite enough for one evening.!
