At least 400,000 Iraqis were exterminated by Hussein.
While taking out Hussein and establishing a free government there have been over 2,500 Americans killed.
Since there are NO accurate records of Iraqi deaths since Hussein was removed we do not know how many have been killed. Some things are certain, those who supported Hussein have killed many Iraqis and the terrorists who seek to subject Iraq to islamofascism have also killed many more.
Does that satisfy?
Now consider the homicide rate in some of the states, see the links. You have a far greater chance of being murdered in California than Iraq and in some American cities it is even worse.
So I guess I may have missed your point. What was it?

Do you ever wonder how many people die in the states, just from auto injuries? Why would this be so much less important than what is taking place in Iraq? These people are not even fighting for a purpose, they are just going to work or to the store. Most of the Iraqi deaths result from people killing each other.. on purpose..much different than the auto accidents here at home. I fail to see your perspective and priorities in this area.
Those military deaths are the result of young people wanting to defend their country.. If you don't know what they are defending against, I would recommend you tune in to the world events and struggles.. the genocide being conducted in the name of Allah.. in many countries presently.. Allah wishing the same thing for our own country. Actually commanding his followers to do just that. If they don't, they will receive the same treatment as the rest of us, who don't convert to Islam. Perhaps you need to research the "Law of Sharia". To further understand what infidel means and what Islam members are directed to do to the infidels.

Estimates vary from 60 to well over 100,000. It's not really in the Bush admin's interest for an accurate count, is it? Also, if you are a soldier wounded in Iraq but die somewhere else you aren't counted, even if it's on the plane out. As far as Iraqis, if you and everyone in your family is blown up, who will be there to speak for you, to let anyone even know you ever existed? All we'll ever eally have is guesses, and I'll take the Red Cross or Amnesty Intl's over Bush's.

About 2700 Americans dead, about 20+ thousands more maimed. Countless 10's of thousands of Iraqis dead. Even more maimed.
I find it incredible that anyone is comparing that kind of needless death to auto accidents in the U.S. A car wreck versus an illegal war... hmm...yeah, I see the similarity.. *rolls eyes in disbelief* what a complete lack of perspective.
I'm really tired of hearing from the mindless masses how military service members are over there fighting for our country and for freedom. News flash... the military is there because we're sent there by the secretary of defense, period! We have no say in the matter. Whatever our personal views are or whatever the policies that sent us there are, that is irrelevant to us. We go because we have a piece of paper in our hands that says "you are ordered to..."
I've been a soldier for over 20 years. I am proud to serve. I consider serving in the military one of the more noble professions. I consider myself a professional soldier. I do not believe in this illegal war but I do deploy when told because that is my job, it's what I'm supposed to do. A lot of people fail to realize that there is a difference in the nobility of a military service member and the nobility of the cause in which a service member is used. In this case, there is no nobility in the Iraq War. It is and always has been a sham.

We have lost just a little less then 2700 and the Iraqi has lost 10's of thousands, I am not sure that you can trust the Bush administration numbers as they are only counting shootings and are not counting death by suicide bombers. Way to many that is for sure for a war that was started based on a lie by George Bush.
