Ok I am a freshman in HS and for the past week i told my friend (sarah) that i thought this Junior liked me because he (or atleast i thought so) would always look at me. So i told her that i thought he liked me, i dont know him, and that i thought he was cute but i was not crazy about him. Then when i saw the boys myspace, i found out that he had a girlfriend so i was like "whatever" so i just dropped it and forggot about him because he was already taken.I guess comes to find out my friend Sarah knows that boys sister and told her everything that i told her, and the sister told him everything, i guess he was really nice about it but he just said that he did not like me and that he has a girlfriend, ect. Wow what is your opinon.
P.s.- When I confronted Sara about why she told them that she said that i said that it was ok. What? Ok? She is really messed up in the head. lol. I cant believe it because i am very close friends with sara for 2 years. Ahhh!

It might of been an honest mistake. If she has been for friend for so long, then maybe she wanted to help you out. Maybe she thought that by telling his sister, it would get you one step closer to him. I wouldn't be too mad. I think it was an honest mistake. Let her know that you really didn't want her telling anyone what you said. Let her know that you apriciate her wanting to help(so you don't hurt her feelings too) but then explain to her that in the future, she needs to clear everything with you first.
If she has been your friend for this long, then it is not worth losing a friendship over. Good friends are hard to find.

Misunderstanding, between you and Sara. No big deal. Don't throw away a friendship over something this minor. Don't worry about the boy, he probably already forgot about it. Next time, if you don't want anybody to find out, try talking to a family member.

U such a sweetie,
But Sara was wrong for telling, she should have kept it to herself since u and she have been friends. Ur feeling should have came first, maybe Sara needs a course in what friendship means. Maybe u should limit what u tell Sara until she learns what not to tell.
But I hope u work it out

Hmm that is sort of messed up but just calm down and don't get to frustrated. I understand that, that is your best friend but you are probably just going to have to watch what you say around her seeing as she doesn't see why you are upset and could possibly share future "secrets" you tell her w/ others and the guy in this situation to me came off the wrong way because you said you weren't even interested in him that way but that's just what I think.....

A lot of stuff like this happens in high school, its really funny. Sometimes some girls act and say some things to be popular or whatever. Don't be angry at your friend just be very careful of what you say around her.

Take it from someone who has had a lot of drama with friends and a lot older then you...just forget it. So what he knows..okay you are embrassed...then move on. If someone confronts you about it..just laugh it off. I am sure your friend said it in conversation..good luck

Part of the learning process.
ONE: At least you have an answer
TWO: She's going to have to work pretty hard to earn your trust back. However, if you DO want something to get out and don;t want to be the one getting it out, she's your woman.
As far as dude finding out you fancy him, no big deal.
