The oldest child is the first born and gets advantages the others don't because of it, the baby is the last child and gets attentions because they are it and the middle one is still very special but sad to say sometimes gts less attention than the other two. Middle children often are more assertive because they feel they have to fight to get the attention which is where the term middle child syndrome came in at. My oldest sister was always the one left in charge and pushed us around because she was the oldest, I was the baby and learned at a young age turn on the tears and I got my way because of that, my other sister was in the middle she ersented both of us and blamed us for everything which was her way of getting the attention she wanted.

I am the same way I have 1 older Bro and one younger. I think that we lack attention a little bit but not as much as if we were just another guy. Also i think that middle children are more independent and trust worthy at least I am. I know you can just get buged out of you mind if you live with both of them but let's face it they are still part of the family no matter how little you would sell them for. Also don't you think they can be cool sometimes.

As the middle child you get less attention from your parents. As a result you become the fixer. the problem solver, more maternal/parental because you provide care and supervision for your younger siblings. In general middle children are selfless because they have always had to look out for and protect the younger siblings.

As a middle child myself I will warn you not to let that selflessness go too far. It can become a bad trait that others will take advantage of.

usually the parents tend to heap more attenton on the first born and the yopugest while ignoring the middle child. This causes them to have an inferiorty complex and they some times do things to get attention and end up getting into trouble. In a girls case they usually endup getting pregant or on drugs. Boys get into all kinds of thinge like drugs and alchol or getting kicked out of school.

I'm a middle child. Big deal. I happen to be very independent. Nothin' bad.

depends on the situation. usually, the middle child lacks the attention, but in your case, you are the only girl, so it's impossible that you would lack attention. good day to you!
