Actually, the "spirit" is given when it takes its first breath, not until then does it have its soul. As the good book says, "the soul that is sinning, it itself shall die."
Also, Hell is just the common grave of mankind. Why do you people believe this cr** about a burning hell that ISN'T EVEN IN THE BIBLE?
And somehow, I think God can provide a way out for aborted children in his perfect Kingdom, don't you?

Gobley ****, you really have some great questions. You seem to have a thirst for knowledge, so I'm going to try to help you out with this one. The soul, as in the Bible (Heb. ne'phesh and Gr. psy khe'), describes the life that a person or animal possesses. If a person loses his life, his soul dies too. There is nothing that lives on after death. That was a pagan teaching that developed originally with the Original Serpent, the one called Devil and Satan(Gen. 3:1-5; Rev. 12:8) who told Eve:"You positively will not die." Now if the soul doesn't survive death, Ecc. 9:5,10 make sense.
If when you die you know nothing, you can't experience pain, can you?
Jesus is the way, truth, and life, but at Deut. 32:4 it also says that All his ways are justice. Do you think that sounds just to you-that babies have no hope? We can find out the truth in God's Word, if we look in it.

You are a man without faith are you not. If you had known through the Word of God, by the way, the Word of God is Jesus Christ, you would have known that at the time of conception that soul that God placed in the womb just left the Loving Arms of the Father.
God must love these souls so much that in His wisdom, he allows them a way to have the required water baptism to be able to return to His arms and be held there for all eternity.
Please read the Word that Our Father has given us, it contains all the answers we will ever need, and it come straight from God Himself.><>

According to the Bible, your soul is your life or you, as a person. Therefore, the soul cannot possibly survive death. The Bible also says that the dead are conscious of NOTHING AT ALL--that being said, hell being a place of eternal firey torment is impossible!! It is sad that churches have misinterpreted the scriptures or tried to manipulate people in this way. Adam and Eve sinned and the consequences for their sin was death. Their sin passed to all their offspring and now all of us also die as a result. Fortunately, Jesus chose to replace Adam as the father of any of us who would choose to have him--therefore, through him we can be resurrected and have life forever.

Jer 31:15 Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rachel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.
Jer 31:16 Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
This prophecy was in regard to all the children which were slain by Herod when he tried to kill Jesus at birth. Read Matthew. Remember, babies die innocent, and don't know of sin untill they are a little older.

Aborted and miscarried babies will be in Heaven.. Children who died before the age of knowing right and wrong, as well as others without the capacity to understand will be there. "...to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
Also, check out Ecc. 12:7

sin sends a soul to Hell. The aborted baby has no sin. The baby is in Heaven.

It's amazing to see how people like to quote the bible that have obviously never opened it.
In the old testament some were sacrificing their children to God. God said he did not ask them to & did not want them to.
Yes they go to heaven, but . . .read the 10 commandments.

Yea....and what about all those billions of sperms that didn't make it? It's pretty hard to say that they arn't alive....just put them in a test tube with an ovum and BLAM! ...a whole bunch of stem cells....no, wait...we should make a whole bunch of laws not allowing stuff like that....including wasting ova and sperms. After all ...could be an Einstein or two in there!!

That is a question not covered specificaly in the Christian Bible. However, as one of The True Christian Faith I know God to be a loving God. I do not believe God wold hold an inocent accountabe for that which it was unable to willingly concent to... ie: sucuming to the sin nature in all manknd. While all are born with the sin nature it is also needed that one needs to be capable of knowingly sinning... But... sin is not what keeps one out of heaven... it is rejecting God that is the deciding act... and one who is not mentaly capable of rejecting is not going to be kept from Heaven...
